Nutritional Information and Claims
Many companies these days are producing Sugar-Free, Low Sugar/Fat. You must legally know what this means.
Label declarations are important for your customers to make the right decisions based on their lifestyles and eating habits.
We can provide a clear approach to labeling requirements and check for allergens, sugar content, barcoding, shelf-life and many other things.
Concept Creation to Factory Upscale
Everything starts at home. You have your own recipe and method but this can be challenging when it needs to be re-created for mass production.
We can help you with upscale for when you get that big order.
For beverages we will produce a syrup or Ready to Drink Formula (RTD) that not only tastes 100% but also saves you a heap of production costs and a stable shelf life.
We will deliver all the relevant documentation. Certificate of Conformity; Certificate of Analysis; Microbiology Test; Shelf Life Verification; Nutritional Test; Free From Documents; PH & Brix Test Information; along with your method and production/ingredient costings per gram.
Expert Flavour House
We have our own in-house development space and also work with a long established flavour company in the UK and can create any combination even replicate your favourite drink.
We have access to thousands of natural or synthetic, organic powders, liquid, vitamin blends, extracts and exotic fruits and spices from all over the World.
We specialise in sourcing new and novel foods/ingredients. We have some amazing vanilla extracts from Africa and will only work alongside environmentally ethical companies.
For our existing customers, samples of any flavour are available on request. Free of charge.
Small Scale Canning & Pilot Runs. Beverages Only.
We work with an established SALSA canning company in the UK and this service starts from 500 litres.
All cans are packed into boxes of your choice; delivery or storage can be arranged. Cans are pasteurised and there's Nitro service. There is also Crown Pack Testing which you may need to make sure your product is suitable for a variety of environmental changes and the effect on the flavour and stability of the liquid inside.
Labelling is also part of this service. All you need to do is sit back and relax and let us do all the hard work. After the canning is completed you can take your product to investors or start selling immediately.
Supplement & Vitamin Development
We work alongside fully qualified Nutritional Experts to create either a bespoke formulation for your sports supplements or standard vitamin development in any medium/carrier ie: Liquid, Powdered or Tablets.
Our clients will take their formulation to any 3rd party packaging company. We will tweak your recipe so it conforms to BRC Regulations.
About
Jon is a qualified chef and a passionate martial artist. He was the first person to launch Peru's national favourite soft drink, Chicha Morada, in the UK. Winning 3 Great Taste Awards and becoming a Great Taste registered producer.
He lives in South London but is often seen in Borough Market.
